we are
Creava is a UI UX design agency and product design partner for companies building software with real complexity behind it. Fintech platforms, CRMs, marketing tools, MedTech systems, AI products. The kind of work where a pretty screen is not enough, and where a small usability problem in the wrong place costs real revenue.
Most teams do not come to us for decoration. PropTech
Working directly with real estate agents and brokers across Europe and the US gave us practical experience in the domain. We have handled the digitalization of real estate sales and booking, commercial property tokenization, and broker-focused apps, and we adapt the user experience to each specific user type instead of forcing one flow on everyone.
Marketing
From small auto-posting tools to enterprise campaign builders, we have designed marketing platforms at every level. We apply user experience design to heavy analytical data, turning it into interfaces people can read at a glance, and we have integrated AI agent interfaces into marketing tools without breaking the workflow.
SEO
We design monitoring dashboards for SEO tools, keyword set-up flows, and project creation. Complex SEO interfaces are a strength of ours, and we pay close attention to onboarding so a first-time user gets a genuinely good first experience instead of a wall of settings.
CRM
CRMs live or die on their information architecture. We build user flows around role type and permissions, and we make sure every user understands where they are in the system and reaches the tools they need without hunting for them.
AI-Based Apps
We help founders add AI interfaces to existing and brand-new products without breaking the experience. That means helping users understand and actually use agents, building trust in AI, and keeping AI data visualization clear and simple rather than intimidating.
MedTech
We have deep knowledge of the governance and design frameworks behind MedTech platforms for hospitals, including supporting a legacy MedTech system. We audited it, tested its usability, and improved the UX inside real regulatory constraints.
EdTech
We have designed custom LMS systems and taken part in building corporate learning platforms, which gave us solid experience in tailoring learning experiences to how people actually study and progress.

We focus on digital products with real complexity: fintech, CRM, marketing and SEO tools, MedTech, EdTech, PropTech, and AI-based apps, across both web and mobile. If your product has heavy logic and multi-step flows, it is squarely in our wheelhouse.
Start with the problem, not the deliverable. If a single flow is underperforming, a Workflow UX audit is enough. If retention is dropping across the whole product, a Deep product UX audit finds the root cause. Not sure? Book a call and we will point you to the smallest engagement that solves your problem.
We can, but we rarely recommend it. The analytics stage is where we turn assumptions into evidence, and skipping it means designing in the dark. If you already have solid research, we will review it and move straight to design; if you do not, a short discovery pays for itself.
It depends on how wide the problem is. Choose a Workflow UX audit for one specific journey, a Deep product UX audit when the whole product is losing users with no clear cause, and a Product heuristic evaluation when you need a fast expert read before committing to a larger project.
Timelines depend on scope, but most audits take one to three weeks, and a full product design engagement runs from a few weeks to a couple of months. After a short scoping call we give you a concrete timeline before any work starts.
